Former President Donald Trump's private plane was forced to make an emergency landing on Saturday night, according to Politico.
Trump's plane was in the air for "between 20 and 30 minutes before one of the engines failed," forcing the pilot to return to New Orleans, according to the report, which cited two people familiar with the incident and one who was briefed on the flight recording.
The former president was heading out of New Orleans following his Saturday speech at the Republican National Committee's donor retreat.
Trump then secured a flight back to his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on one of the GOP donors' planes, according to Politico.
